the pH range for Aluminum and its safe areas. This info suggest that the safest area for Aluminum is around 8.0 on the pH scale.

Compare that with the acid affected metals.

Or even iron.

    What are we seeing here and how would this effect a system with mixed components? IE; ferrous and nonferrous?
