radiant ceiling

some radiant ceiling heat to an existing 2nd floor bathroom. i was thinking of laying two climate panels between the joists on the bathroom ceiling, installing the tubing and running the tubing between the 3/4" space between the ceiling sheetrock and the bottom of the joists (space available from ferrin strips) to the next set of climate panel in the next bay. all bays would be covered by r-25. the s & r leaders would run across the attic in the 3/4" space below the joists down into a closet and down into the basement. i know this isn't the best way to do it but i was wondering if anyone thought it would work. also, since all the tubing is in the conditioned space below the insulation i would think glycol wouldn't be needed.
