Amana mad a pot load of the HTM and any parts have to come from amana........ The pump assy not be cheap! Last on I bought many years ago was over 500 wholesale. Highly recommend replacing the outdoor portion with a Munchkin. makes a good swap out for the HTM. (indoors of course)

    Amana

Anybody know where to look for info and parts for Amana outdoor Hydro unit? This unit has a single double-ended pump; one end pumps anti-freeze to fan-coil inside, other end powers the burner. Has cylindrical stainless heat exchanger. It may be made by Heat Transfer Products, but not sure. Has assortment of air-gas orifice plates with it, seeking literature and parts source. Any help greatly appreciated!

    Last I heard,

parts weren't available for the HTM, unless you can find a longtime Amana dealer that might have some collecting dust.

    I gave all mine away

when I quit the repair business a few years back to one of my installers that had an HTM to keep it running. Always kept all the parts, incl new HX and pumps. Part of the cost of doing business I guess......... Had tons of parts for these, trianco, and many others since gone by-the-bye. Could not even give 'em away, none of the local guys seemed interested so they went to the dump.

    Heat Transfer Module

Thanks for the info; I couldn't find jack for this thing anywhere. It runs again because I re-configured the cobbled-up wiring. Told customer next time she quits is end of road for good!

    HTM

We have been able to keep one going by using an old Arkla Servel circulator and some re-wiring. Other than that, the last one in use in our area I know of is on it's last legs. Greg
