Munchkin boiler problem . Need Help!!

I am having trouble keeping an 80K BTU Munchkin boiler firing. The boiler was built in 2001 and had a defective gas valve. I replaced the valve and installed the brass LP orifice. I have 11.5 W.C on the inlet side of the valve. When I call for heat the boiler fires for approx 5 seconds and then drops out. I have tried adjusting the air intake starting at around 6.5 turns off closed but cant seem to get any change in performance. I have cleaned the spark probe and get a quality spark, cleaned the flame rod and have cleaned the combustion chamber.
I would really appreciate any advice on this
Thanks

Whats your fuel pressure doing...
during this whole process. I had one do the same thing. THe main shut off valve to the system had been partially closed. Enough residual pressure in the line to allow firing, then would peter out and shut down. Keep your manometer on the gas train while doing the run stop thing.

You need a combustion analyzer to setup this boiler. If the CO2 isn't in spec. you get a weak flame signal. Have you checked the flame signal?0
