Firstco Filter and Fan Speed

I have a Firstco air handler running in the attic off of a Burnham oil hot water burner in the basement. This was installed this summer.
I can't find a replacement pleated filter for the fiberglass one that came with it. The size is 20X22X1.
Went to the 3M web-site and nothing this size. Any suggestion? I am in the Milford,CT. area.
Also, the air handler is factory set for low speed heat and high speed cool, with optional high speed heat. How would you know if you should use low or high speed heat? Is it calculations? I am leary of the installation since it was installed through a builder for my addition.
