Hello - probably a simple problem but I'm new to steam heat - one radiator is cold today, worked before (not great but now it's completely cold), others are OK - the feeder pipe is too hot to touch until you get about two feet from the main, then it gets cold. Any suggestions? I just ordered Dan's book but I'd like to fix this NOW (single digits last night!). Thanks.

Hi - a single pipe, each branching off from the main, feeds each radiator (no return pipes) and the silver vent (bullet-shaped, a little over 1" in diameter) has NOT been painted over ... don't have a cam so can't post pics. thanks for the reply!
