baseboard woes

the previous owner of my home took out the cast iron radiator in our kitchen and replaced it with a baseboard heater with copper piping, should I exchange this for a new cast iron radiator or will this baseboard model be sufficent and better yet sufficiently quiet?
Thanks,
Mel

where is the...
old radiator...a lot of times they get put in the basement or garage. If the rest of the house is cast iron rads I would get back to the rad...generally speaking rads and copper fin baseboard don't mix well due to the quick heat up of copper and the slow heat up of CI rads, thus a uneven heating cycle...kpc
