WOW!

That puppy looks awesome. In what type of building is it? And what kind of BTU/hr do we think she kicks out?0 -
That's prettyunique...
most unusual I've ever seen are the circular radiators with fancy wooden benches built over them, with ornate cast iron grilles above and at floor level. They're still there, in the Saranac Lake Train Station in NY. State. Must have been toasty for the passengers waiting for a train in the fierce Adirondack winter!0 -
Wild and Intersting
Is it iron or steel? Or iron with steel rings?
Looks like an attempt to pack the greatest output in the smallest space using the least materials--probably at the expense of high manufacturing cost...
Judging by the floor, the wainscotting and what might be some good original stenciling with true gold striping, cost wasn't too much of a concern when that place was built.0 -
America has some awsome radiators
i think within a 5 block radius of every greyhound station is a steam boiler with far rads all across this country of ours...that one i have never seen.:)and i am a radiator lover0 -
thanks for sharing
Hi Jeff W,
Way cool mon. I've never seen this one before. Two pipe steam with no traps on radiator? Steam comes off supply main in ceiling to one side of radiator? Other side of radiator is connected to a wet return along floor in basement?
Thanks for sharing.

A must have centerpiece for every living room
It's prettier than a Christmas tree, even without string lights and ornaments.
