Viessmann Boiler Support?

We serviced a Viessmann Boiler that got wet. They recommened replacing the burner and controls, existing parts were no longer made, we needed to perform an upgrade. After several thousands of dollars in parts we found the new controls ran the house temp off outdoor temp. This of course doesn't work well. We were told to add a swtiching relay V. Our sevice tech says the switching relay brings the boiler on when a standard tstat he added opens. He had to add a relay to reverse the signal for heating. The temp still overshot.
We were than told from the supplier that we needed a room tempature sensor 7133 379. I have this in my office. This came with no instructions.I can not find any instructions on Viessman's web site. I e-mailed vissman
twice Wednesday-no reply, called today still waiting. Does anybody know if we are adding the right parts to this boiler to make it work? Anythig special we need to know about wiring this sensor, it is a six wire sensor. Is this typical of Vissman?

    \"ran the house.............\"

    >"ran the house off outdoor reset. This, (of course) didn't work well".

I have to ask how the house was controlled before. And what control was on the boiler to begin with. What exactly do you mean by "didn't work well". What's the [articular problem you are having.

The reset portion of the new control shouldn't effect anything other than providing more even heat in the home along with the capability of saving the homeowners some energy $$.$$.

I'm guessing that you have a problem integrating the new control strategy with what was previously going on in the house.
