What would you do?

I am trying to be more creative in my hydronics designs and would like some input. I am doing an infloor job with six zones; one in concrete, the rest in gypcrete. I am going to use a Weil McClain Gold boiler. My zone temperature range from 100 deg. to 118 deg. and I am trying to decide what the simplest (best?) way to do this. Any thoughts? Thanks, John
