DiaNorm/Buderus panel radiators

Are Buderus and DiaNorm panel radiators the same?
Any other manufacturers out there (other than Runtal though at this point Runtal is the first choice)?
The application is small offices (an old house coverted into offices).

    Buderus Panel Radiators

    The Buderus Panel Radiators are not the same as the DiaNorm Panel Radiators. Both are manufactured in Germany, are similiar, but it is two different companies.
