You can try here:

If you don't see the one you want (like a gorton #2) give them a call to check pricing and availability.

Anyone know of a good online resource to buy Gorton air valves? My local hardware stores only carry cheap, low quality brands.0 -
Good luck if...
you are in northern NJ and you need a Gorton #2. No one has them...and the people who have heard of them claim, "Oh we don't have THAT size..." Then, look at you like you have three heads...0 -
order direct from gorton company..
or statesupply.comgwgillplumbingandheating.com
Serving Cleveland's eastern suburbs from Cleveland Heights down to Cuyahoga Falls.0 -
Speak to Ken at Gorton. He can tell you where your nearest supply store is located. Gorton's phone number is (908) 276-1323. I highly recommend the Gorton vents. They have worked wonders in our house.0 -
I called Gorton's...
and spoke with a very helpful woman ...Ken was out to lunch...she directed me to three places in my area in NJ....Nutley, Bloomfield, and one other....
The heating guys in Nutley said, "We will not order ONE gorton #2 FOR YOU" IT HAS TO BE IN BULK.....?????
And the guys in Bloomfield said, "Oh...a number 2? We only carry a number one......"
I guess these guys who look at us strangely need a visit from "The Dead Men".....0 -
Compare Gorton to \"Maid-O-Mist\"
This seems to be what is most common in my area. I just don't feel like they're working as well as they should.
And what's so special about the #2 Gorton? It doesn't appear to available anywhere.0 -
Well..
I have maid o mist and gortons on the sytem...not much different in terms of their operation...BUT...that Gorton Number 2...a guy at PALERMO SUPPLY asked me, "Are you sure you want a number 2...there is no such vent...."
Another guy asked, "You cannot use that on a house-steam system." All I could do was shake my head...wish they knew THEIR field.....Not many people know steam....Thank God for Dan and everyone here who has helped sooooo MUCH!0
