Staplers

Options
Hey all,

we're looking at picking up a couple of staplers. The Senco line looks nice, but some people have mentioned skepticism regarding "oilless" staplers.

What kind of experience have you guys had with your staplers? In particular do you prefer regular or oilless, and what brands for stapling underfit plates, heavy plates, or radiant tubing to subfloors?

Thanks!

I picked up an old used Senco 15 gauge

    Rob,

I don't do that much of this, so I picked up a cheap unit and it is great. The staples go through the plates like nothing. This is a regular oiled unit. Can't see oilless as being much of an advantage here, I just want oilless for my finishing tools. I also got the Daniar auto hammer on Dale's recommendation, and this is great. Senco used to relabel them, but then dropped it.

Dale of Radiant engineering offers one of the Senco units, and probably has loads of experience with them. Sometimes it's hard to gat an opinion out of Dale, :)
