WM Ultra vs GV

I am a builder, not a heating pro. Client will want to use LP-fired HW under-floor PEX mounted in snap-in extruded aluminum plate-tracks. We'll do Runtal units as under-window supplements in areas with high window concentration.
My heating subcontractor proposes GV as base unit, with Ultra as the upgrade option.
Can you give us the pros and cons of going with the upgrade?

Go ULTRA, great boiler.
Robert O'Connor/NJ0 -
let's see....
92% to 87.3% (advantage Ultra)
outdoor reset to nothing (advantage Ultra)outdoor reset good
20% to 100% modulation to fixed fire (advantage Ultra)modulation good...
PVC vent pipe to S/S vent pipe (advantage Ultra) much cheaper to install
Cast Alum. block to CI. block (advantage Ultra) better heat transfer
Condenseing to noncondensing (advantage Ultra) espec. in low temp. applications.....eff. will be higher than 92% and a fraction higher with LP than nat. gas....
Ultra weighs less.... easier to get up or down those stairs...I have set 230's with no help....
PC interface for Ultra to make setup a breeze......
Ultra less than 700 bucks difference list from my dealer.....
The GV boiler was a GREAT boiler in it's time, however the time has come when it's days will be numbered.... the GV boiler will soon be a thing of history......replaced by the ......Ultra.......it's just a matter of time.....
