and then they asked him out what to do with the procurement cost overruns, and he said… “I will tell ya, but you wont do it, if you really want it to stop, you got to put them all in jail!!!, (he was referring to the execs) it’s the only way it will stop, but of course you wont do it, cause those crooks elected ya, so you will continue to pay”
