ones that should have been tightened at the factory..i think it was the pressure sensor and the brass street 90 that holds the relief valve..both leaked.

    Condensate Problem?

I just started up a new install of a munchkin 80. Sometime over the past few days water has leaked inside the unit around the heat exchanger and the insulation. The unit is dry now, but was trying to figure out where it came from. I found this when I was doing the CO test. Unit was a bit high for ppm so I made adjustment to bring it in line. The condensate fitting after the trap that has the hole in it is in place and was clear. Also I checked all the fitting on the exhaust (nohub co.) on back? I would appreciate any input.

    condensate problem

We found build up in the condensate trap that caused exactly the same problem. Construction dust and debris can clog up. Flush and vacuum trap out completely and hopefull this will take care of. Good Luck

about trying to vacuum out the trap and now I will Tim. I've went as far as putting weather stripping on all of the other ones that I have installed because the covers do not fit well, but this one I have gotten to yet THANKS AGAIN GUY'S I'll check out all of your ideas.
