I like
Buderus:

but don't know if they can fit your specifications. Check them out.

try heatlines.com
They're the representatives for DiaNorm, a German made panel radiator. Another choice is Myson: www.mysoninc.com0 -
Sitting here with the Radson catalog as we speak.
The series 22 Integra, size 24"w x 30"h has an output of 6217btu @ 180*awt. It carries a list price of $250.95 + TRV
The 22-20" x 36" puts out 6510 and the 20" x 30" is rated just under 5500 out, again at 180* avg water temp.
Add $40 for a good TRV and $15 for fittings.

Some of my favorite are Buderus, Dia Norm and http://www.stelradcanada.com/.

this rad will be on its own zone w/its own circulator and tstat in an area where the hydro-air needs help.
any opinions on that?0 -
Are you postitive on the btu output required? How did you figure it out? I'm asking because there is some standard stuff out there but give off a bit less btus.

Ted,
what standard stuff do you have in mind?

steamradiators.com
I bought one from www.steamradiators.com, Steam View model. It has been installed for 18 months and it is terrific. Expensive though. As soon as I save up my pennies I want another one for behind the couch!0 -
Piping options
I'd just hook it up to your main piping so it gets flow when anything else is running. Install a TRV on the rad and let that regulate the temp. If your AHU can't keep up, for whatever reason, the TRV will open and allow flow if and when it's needed. This will work if you have a system with prtty much constant flow happening. If you don't you'll have to go the way you described with a T-stat, circ and circ relay, more expensive and complicated than the TRV setup.0
