Glenn, thanks again for all your help the other day!!!

Your personal attention to detail was the reason I got my Duo-Rads. We installed them yesterday, and the "bipolar barracuda" seems to be pleased (at least for now).

Big thanks also to Annette Kreider and Tom Campbell for their assistance. Also to Deirdre Kozma for taking care of the contractor listing problem.

Burnham has, as usual, come through for their customer in a big way. You all helped make my little "situation" a bit easier to handle. I can't remember being more taken care of than I was Monday.

This is one of the many reasons that I continue to use your products. Not just quality products - but quality PEOPLE who are there to help when you need them most!!!

I've never had problem with Burnham that wasn't solved in a single phone call or email.
Now that I think about it, there have probably only been three or four occurences in the past fifteen years.
Not bad considering I've installed about a thousand of their products (boilers, radiators, water heaters, etc.).
