It is a 2 part tank-- The inner tank is seamless high-density polyethylene. The outer tank is galvanized steel. It kind of looks like a fridge

    They are fantastic, high-end tanks.

As stated before, inner wall is plastic, outer wall is galvanized. they feature tank leak indicators, easy carrying handles, hand-installable vents, top-down fuel-pickups, etc. There are no tank penetrations other than in the top of the tank. If installed and used properly, I cannot see how the tank could ever leak oil.

Roth also offers a vent and fill systems that allows one pipe to fill all tanks and one to vent them. In Cambridge, such an install is not allowed (they prefer separate fills), that is why you'll see three pipes running off to the left hand wall.

Roth allegedly will start producing these tanks in the US in the near future. That may bring the price down. I love these tanks for their inherent safety features, their easy portability, and the compactness of storage.
