snow melt system

A customer set up a snow melt sysytem for his driveway and walk. It has 7 zones with 1/2 in pex tubing. He doesn't want to install a new boiler so I plan on running it it off the hot water boiler on a seperate zone through a heat exchanger. It will be one zone on a maniflow with some type of flow control. Can anyone tell me if this will work and how do I install antifreeze to the system.
Each of the runs has an average of 275 ft of tubing.
thanks.

Oh Boy..
Bunch of questions but I'll keep it simple..
The plate exchanger is probably the only way to tie into an existing boiler.. well all things considered.
Is the boiler the right size?
What control turnes the system on?
What % glycol?
A web site of the PEX manufacturer would have the volume of the 1/2" tubing. and then maybe 40% mix?
Have a boiler drain on the supply and return and pump the calculated gallons through & into the system. Any positive pressure pump works.
