Convector Temp. from 1st to Last Unit

Here is the system: gas fires water boiler, mono flow system with cast iron convectors, main line runs through the basement (not insulated) normal temp 65*. Rest of pipe run throught the house and garage (in wall). No insulation on the entire run of copper line.
Set the boiler temp to 200*, outside is 30. First two units are seeing 195*, the 4th and 5th units are seeing 155*, and the last 2 units are seeing 140*. If this normal, or a flow problem, or an insulation issue with the main copper line?
Taco 007 circulator, cold pressure: 12psi, warm pressure: 20 psi. No air in system.

need a lot more info-pipe sizes, btu output of convectors to design system. Have to work backwards to find the problem-could be not enough flow, wrong size venturi tees, insulation or you may have to "split the loop"0
