supplemental in floor from a wood pellet stove

Does anyone have ideas for supplemental in floor radiant heat from a wood pellet stove? A friend of mine has a wood pellet stove and an old farmhouse with an oil furnace. This place has an old stone foundation and could probably use some insulation. Could we get enough heat for a supplemental system? I know they make DWH with these things. Any one ever done it?
