tekmar 363 and power outages

maybe you could answer this one for me. Have 2 systems in Deep Cove, and about 3 weeks ago there was a power outage there. Both are 363/369 c/w RTU's. when the power came back on, the controls were in error mode. On both of them, all I had the owners do was flick the switch, and they both returned to normal service. Any wisdom on this Mike?
