Help with a comb. steam system(Nick Z.)

I have read the lost art at least twice, and have been to Dan'sSteam seminar.But this job scares me.
House has hot water on the 3rd floor , onepipe steam on the second and 2 pipe steam cast iron B.B. on the first floor.Homeowner wants me to remove 2nd floor rads and replace withhot water B.B.(Wants to save space and hve better control.)
That doesn't bother me what I'm scared of all the steam the 3section boiler will be making will ony be going into about '30 of cast iron base board.Waht will the rest of steam do? Will there be any press. differntal to let the steam move?I don't think its a job to do in the middle of winter.Any thoughts?
