    Quick and Dirty

Search for folder named "Temporary Internet Files". (Location varies depending on your system.)

Display folder and press Ctrl+A (select All files).

Press delete key and accept prompts.

Wait a while as it's likely full.

    Internet Explorer

On the top bar of your Internet Expolorer page (if you're using internet explorer) click on tools (it's between Favorites and Help) Then click on Internet Options...it's all right there, click on delete cookies.

    Cool Ctrl-A

I don't look further than the end of my nose... and I use Ctrl-V a lot... I'm proud of the new trick I learned. Thanks.

This weekend I ran the Ad Aware program and it removed cookies and temporary files I couldn't remove by just deleting.

    I don't know why.

I found the anti bug sofware by following links from ClarkHoward.com and remebering what I read here on other posts. I dowloaded a bunch of them. Easy but slow.

hey guys, you can also right click on the c: drive icon on your desktop, click properties and then click disk cleanup.. that will clean up most of your stuff.. also, on IE at the top toolbar, click on the history link. on the left you'll have some days or weeks that pop up, right click each of them and select delete.. that will delete all of your browsing done on IE.. take care and stay warm. mike
