use of tabs in Firefox browser. Much quicker than multiple instances of browsers and simpler to manage.
And also your recommendation for IrfanView image viewer was right on. Small ap, quick to run and simple to resize and do some editing. Will be using this instead of Paint Shop Pro for the fast and simple stuff.

Thanks for the note, I appreciate it! FireFox is the bee's knees, and tabbed browsing has uncluttered my desktop greatly. I used to use Irfanview a great deal... nowadays I edit my pics on the Mac, so Photoshop and GraphicConverter it is... the former for the industrial strength jobs, the latter for the easy stuff.
