Wiring help

I am trying to set up a 6 zone system with Honneywell Zone valves and a Taco 007. It's not a "packaged" boiler so circ. pump, expansion tank, etc is all seperate. The boiler will engage the burner when ever the water temp. drops below 160 and shut off at 180. How do I get the Taco 007 to kick on whenever a zonevalve opens? Can you use a "1 zone" relay and hook all zone valves to it? I want the pump to run whenever 1 or more zone valves are open.

what control system are you using on the boiler?
if you see c1 c2 that is normally where it goes to the recirculator.0 -
Taco ZVC
For simplicity and easy troubleshooting, I'd use a Taco ZVC 406 zone valve controller and wire the 007 through the end switch.
You can find the wiring diagram here:

Sounds like you are using
a triple aquastat relay. Depending on which relay you use the relay may have a built in "T", "TV" and "Z" circuit so you can get 40 VA power to the Honeywell Zone valves from the relay. Then the end switches from the Zone Valves tie into the "T" and "TV" circuit. You are going to maintain temperature I assume at 160* so when "R" & "B" breaks "R" & "W" makes. Nothing will happen then until one of the zones calls for heat. The high limit will be set at 180*. Make sure you keep at least that spread of 20* between low and high limits. Circulator wired to C1 and C2 and the burner to B1 and B2.
Zone valve wiring to make it simple is as follows:
"Z" to thermostat and the out of the thermostat to "TR" on the zone valve. "TV" to one end switch terminal and a jumper at the zone valve from "TH" to that same terminal on the ZV. Then go from the other end switch terminal to "T" on the relay. Makes it simple to wire and later to troubleshoot.

i think that you may have to many zones on that one circulator, did you size it up? wiring it will be simple with the the taco control mentioned before0 -
All small
All of my zones are very small. (About 1 room/zone) Also, I'm using an 006 not 007. I only need 6ft. head and that should work right?0
