Expansion tank

I noticed that the expansion tank on my boiler rusted out and was leaking pretty good this afternoon. I purchased and installed a new tank and I thought all went well. They are both listed at 12 psi. Now the relief valve is leaking. Anyone have any ideas?

it is between 15 and 220 -
sounds like a bad relief
there isn't a valve between the expansion tank and boiler is there? If there is, is it open????0 -
I was thinking that it may be a bad relief valve. I guess that the old expansion tank was weakest link and that the new tank is putting pressure on the relief valve. Does that make sense?
It is dripping about a quart an hour.
Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions.
