collis radiator valve

My steam experience is not the best so bear with me.I looked at a system the other day that had a collis rad. valve on it. Rather than 1 tapping coming in the bottum it has 2 3/4" that come in the side, one that goes to supply header and 1 that goes to what appears to be a condensate return header. The radiator is a 1 pipe with an air vent. Ive never seen a valve like this, can anyone help me with information about it and if they are still available or what you can do for a replacement.

I'm working on a book with steve pajek that will have this type of info in it..Dan knows of the project and will eventually sell the item(s) here.. but in the mean time i hope this info helps..would hate to see these babies removed tho..these museum pieces should be repaired if possible..if you have to remove it, keep it as a trophy..if you remove two, i would love one..these are in word document format, and should answer your questions..glad to help..
