At what temp does water boil at say 10lb and 15 lb. Is there a link to this, thanks wall.

... a set of "Steam Tables". There's an abbreviated set in the "Pocket Ref", and the pressures are listed in "PSIG", which means gauge pressure. This is the scale that everyone in the real world works in. Many steam tables list pressure in "PSIA", which is absolute pressure, and includes the pressure of the atmosphere. This value is needed for a lot of calculations. Most people don't need to worry about absolute pressure, but you just need to check which value is being used in the set of tables you're looking at. If the PSIA is listed as 115, then PSIG will be 115 - 14.7, or about 100 PSIG.0
