Flat rate pricing companies

Hello all
Finally a little chill here in NJ. I did not want to get us all fired up on this topic but I am looking into it. Anyone here that could recommend a company to contact and work with would be appreciated.

we arn't using flat rate yet

but we are leaning towards profit strategies. i can't find the number but i think it is profitstrategies.com. i was at a seminar a few months back and one of the contractors had used several and was very pleased with it. it's tough to determine which is good and which isn't. they all look the same on the demo's and web sites.

I was looking at them today

We are trying to determine our actual operating costs. Since sometimes it feels like we are working to pay the employees. To establish a flat rate pricing program I know we must break down all our costs to determine rates etc. This is very important to figure out. We approximate and I would hope are pretty close to what we need to be making. I feel from my research that the flat rate is the way to go. A little more research and I might be sold.
