Radiant heat under vanity

under a vanity in a bathroom or cabinetry in a kitchen be added to the heat in a room or does the majority of it get trapped under the cabinets?

    If it's on an outside wall, yes. Definitely help keep the plumbing from freezing.

    On an inside wall, I wouldn't bother. You'll just have hot shampoo.

    Of course, you'll find plenty of differences in opinion here.

    Yes it will help with pipe freezing, although it shouldn't be below freezing temperatures below your vanity if the outside walls are insulated properly :)

    Cutting a small forced air grill in the toe kick will release some of the "locked up" heat.
