radiant heat with wood floors above

I installed a loop of radiant heat and than installed mahogany flooring on top of it.My mahogany floor now has gaps between some of the boards.Is my water to hot,or was my wood not dry.

what water temp are you running? What is the floor tempWas the wood set out for 2 weeks in a heated area seperated to dry out? Was it installed in the summer when humid out?even after all this the relative humidity changes that can occur will give you some gaps...kpc
