    > WATER HYDRONIC

how big are the radiators, how big is your boiler, btu's wise. did you bleed the air out of the system,is there air in the radiators, are there valves in the rads, and are they open, when the pump starts to run are you getting cold water on the return, is it a single or split loop system ??

these are some things that should start you in the right direction

    first to feed...

how about this simple rule when dealing with multiple radiators in a zone... (first to feed, last to return)
