Boiler water temp

Several questions, I have a 3 story house with basement and my old and new Weil McLain say 12lb cold , is this normal of most units with pump and big radiators.
Second 185 is not heating it , radiators are bled but can raising temp to 200-210- be bad as it is under 12lb cold psi , boiling temp- is much higher than 212 @ higher pressures, Boiler pressure starts at 12 and goes to 20 at 185

New Boiler/New pump
I think what you will find is that you may have a flow problem. Since the house is old and the pipes are probably large, 2-3",.... Water is moving, slow at best. May require a different pump. Call A Pro who can determine the actual head and flow rate required for this system. Thats the only way to be sure.0
