So much to choose from!! And most programs have way more than I would use. What kind of scheduling programs are you guys using out there? I'm looking for something that would work with QBooks pro, and mainy for the heat tech and service dispatch side of things. Do your techs use PDA's, cell phones, or what?
We already to the invoicing in the office, from the info the guys wite down, and most invoices are then mailed out. In our small town I don't believe we have as many problems with people paying as some places, since they would quickly end on the black list and no one would show up when they needed someone next time. I realize a lot of folks don't send bills out in the mail for service work, and I may be changing this to billing on the job site, if I can figure out which program and stuff I need.
