Boiler on blocks follow up

That post shed some light on a problem were having with a CSD1 boiler install at a church. My partner had installed these 2 Burnham atmospheric appx 450000 btu boilers with Honeywell flame programmers on blocks and we were getting eroneous lockouts almost daily early in AM. We tore our hair out for a few days trying to find problem in flame signal, draft etc. and then the Rep did same. I think we will be going out there in the next day or 2 and sealing the base up under the boiler. Thanks to the Wall, Tim

    excellent idea....

    flat tin can skinny in between the blocks and the feet.(sheet metal) it can be a sharp looking deal also .
