First Munchkin

While I am experienced in hydronics due to years in the mechanical contracting field, I am now primarily used as a plumbing service tech. Yesterday I was called in to fix the improper piping on a three zone plus indirect domestic hydronic job.
After straightening out the primary secondary arrangement and refilling the system, bleeding the cast iron radiators and CI baseboard (this is an old farmhouse in southern Wisconsin)I turned on the unit and was amazed at how quiet it was and how quickly it picked up the system temperaure.
I have been schooled in the repair of their Voyageur water heater so I was some what fimiliar with the firing techniques and set up.
Bottom line I was very impressed and would most certainly use this unit on further installations.

WHAT A LITTLE Munchkin!!!

    I like them......

I use the Munchkin on 90% of all installs. The other 10% are steam boiler replacements.

    Don't you just love em???

We finally got a Thermal Products Rep for central Ohio who really knows hot water heat. After years of trying just about every condensing boiler I could find, I am forever grateful for his introducing the Munchkin to me. I'm looking forward to installing the little 50T wall hung Munchkin to run floor heat and domestic water for our next project. We are having a great time using the Rigid Pro-Press system to make the complete piping harness at the shop to really save time on our installations.
