My distributor called me wanting to know if I have ever seen a "NC" code on a new pinnacle boiler with the P125 board, not the old wha board. Calls to the man rep just got a shrug of the shoulders, call to Peerless were not returned as usual. Any ideas? Thanks, Gary

\"nc\"
is a temporary loss of neutral. It is an electrical issue with the wiring feeding the boiler. It usually happens when power is returned after a loss. There is power on the circuit board, but not a return leg. Like any computer, you may have to protect it with a surge protector, or most likly a UPS. If power outages are frequent in the area.
Hope this helps,

If a neutral
If it is a neutral problem make sure the power feed goes only from the panel to the boiler. I have seen shared neutrals in old basements cause alot of headaches.0
