Trinity200combi boiler domestic supply problem

My domestic side works fine when rfh is not being used. Now that I am using the radiant side, when using the shower or tub,the boiler is shuting down and restarting in cycles resulting in hot/cold/hot/cold.
The sentry2100 control screen reads |-1.2 when the boiler shuts down and also sometimes reads ASO right before it fires up again. When it fires up it stays on about 40 seconds before shutting down and restarting.
This doesn't seem to happen with the sinks at all.
I should disclose that I purchased the boiler in a "radiant package" on the internet and have been disappionted with the little support I have recieved,I know now this was a mistake.I have had a radiant specialist come look at my setup and he saw no major flaws. No one in my area is familiar with NTI and NTI has not responded to an email for a trained tech. in my area(alameda,ca.)
What I am hoping for here is at least an understanding what the problem may be before hiring someone by the hour to fix it.A simple fix would be nice:)but I realise may be unrealistic
Thank you,mike

    The trinity...

...should shut off the heating circulator whenever there is a call for DHW. My first thought would be that there may be a wiring or control problem. I also would question the flow through the boiler when your DHW is active. It almost sounds like the boiler is shutting itself down due to low flow.

The "ASO" indication is normal, and will show up occaisionally when the boiler first lights.

Can you post a picture, or piping diagram?
