High efficency boiler

I have a customer who is looking for the cheapest boiler he can find that is high efficency. I hate customers like this but he is a land lord so money is everything. What are you guys using in situations like these? Please, I know these jobs are not the ones we look for but!!!!!!!!!

You might some wall hungs that are non condensing for less but they won't be large BTU models.

then the total cheapest, weighing both purchase and run costs, would be a weil-mclain ULTRA - with the ultra plus indirect domestic hot water - extra upfront cost pays off in 3yrs - really hard to beat - easy to get - easy to fix - and takes a beating - i can tell you, there are plenty manufactures out there trying to imitate it as we speak
