replacing steam zone with H20

Custmer wants to take out one pipe steam rads and replace with hot H20 baseboard.(added insulation, new windows rooms overheat.)I suggested leaving Steam rads and adding T-stat controlled valves but he wants to get rid of the rads.
Heres what worrys me,1stfloor of the house is steam cast iron B.B.using traps on the returns.
The 3rd floor is hot water copper B.B.The 2nd floor is curently one pipe rads to be rplaced by copper B.B. hot H20.
To add the new B.B. I must use existing hot water loop as there is no ather tappings on the boiler. The hot water loop will not exceed 60 ft.(including the new)
Am I missing anyhting here?I'm wondering if it will be a problem making steam for a just the 50ft of cast iron B.B. on the first floor? Will we end up with an over sized boiler? Thanks
