Recommendation for thermostatic mixing valve w/outdoor sensor

Can anyone suggest a mixing valve that will use an outdoor sensor to adjust the temperature output of the valve. My radiant loop needs 145 degree water when the outdoor temp is 0-degrees, and 120 degree water when it is 30, etc. Right now I manually adjust the water temp, but the system should have been installed to do this automatically. The zone is 3/4-inch.

To add insult to injury, when they installed the tubing, they didn't do the right calculations, so the solution was to increase the pump head, so I live with velocity noise from the wall where the pipe rises from the basement.

Thanks
