boiler blowing saftey valve

Ok heres the deal. 80% natural gas boiler, cast iron radiators, and rafter tank w/ tank valve. The saftey valve is new. I bled all the water out of the rafter tank and refilled system. Customer called and said when boiler heats the saftey blows. I was there about two weeks ago. So what ever it is takes about that long to happen. This is my second attemp at repair..     Safety

    1. Check ato see if the tank is filling up again could be loosing it's charge . Hole or leaky snorkel.
