WATER HEATER CONTROL

in THE MAIN WALL
Have a 30 gal water heater at customers house. The cad cell relay wont pull in when calling. But if i help the relay it will close and stay pulled in until aquastat satisfies. I tried a new relay same thing. HELP!

    Or.....

    You may have the orange wire of the relay on the line and the black on the load......But I believe Ed W. is correct....
