Which model stat is it? Is it a line voltage or low voltage stat? Let me know, and I'll try to help you out.

    Question for Bill from Honeywell on thermostats

    I have had the thermostat and relay replaced on my electroc radiant heating system. But this has not solved my problem of the clock on my Honeywell programmable thermostat. It keeps defaulting back to Monday 1:00PM and prompts me to reset the day and time. I think this happens when the heat turns on/off. Also, the backlight flickers when the backlight is activated by touching a key.
