Weil Mclain Boiler

I have a customer with a weil mclain boiler two zones that he doesn't use very often he heats with a pellet stove and he has one pipe which keeps freezing and he wants to add glycol to system its about 12 years old ,will this harm a weil mclain boiler and what is an ideal mix. thanks

its ok to run in the wm and mix it 50/50 you will be fine..David0 -
Use Propylene Glycol based anti-freeze
The other stuff can eat the seals. Be sure the boiler is piped so that you avoid flue gas condensation. See the manual for piping diagrams to help prevent FGC. Mike0
