2 pipe direct return

I have a 2 pipe direct return. The mains are 1-1/4" and the branches to each radiator are 1/2". The longest run is about 130 ft. The radiator on the longest run does not heat. Based on the longest run I know I need a pump that can overcome 8 ft head. How many GPM do I size the pump for at 8 ft of head? 1-1/4" pipe is good for 14 gpm. Do I size the pump at 14 gpm @ 8 ft head? Heat loss for the house is 80,000 btu. Do I size the pump at 8 gpm @ 8 ft head? This is a 2 pipe direct return with no balance valves at radiators. I have seen this system many times in peoples homes working without any problems except this one. Please help with pump sizing or other suggestions.
