max tile floor temp?

I'm putting hyd. rad. in the floor of a kitchen and family room. Both rooms added on over crawl (I will insulate the heck out of the crawl!) I'd like to do hardwood floor in the family room and tile(ceramic) the kitchen. Problem.......wife likes it hot (I'm talking direct heat she used to ocassionally nod off in front of her favorite heat duct in our old house). So I'd like to have the option to crank up the infloor ocassionally. What was that general rule on to hot to be uncomfy for a floor? Is the 85 degrees (max for hardwood?) going to please my bride? Whats the max for tile? Also what's a fair response time if we come home and want fast heat? (Also assume a gyp pour).

Thanks for heating the little one up!
