It sure helps to have at least one strong man on the crew when it comes time to moving cast iron boilers around.

Most of us are petite except for Ben, son of Rafael who has been with us about 12 years. This is a picture from last week, a Vitodens installation. We had to get rid of the old Hydrotherm cast iron boiler and here's Ben loading it onto the truck. I'm glad he was around. He's turning 21 this month.

I've seen too many strapping young fellows work like this only to wreck their back and become less productive in their later years.
